REGISTRATION

Registration deadline?  

All winners, guests and/or Proxys must be registered with Atlas Experiences by November 15, 2024. Please register by clicking the registration page in the menu above.

Do I have to register my guest? 

Yes, you need to register your guest and provide their information via the registration page that can be accessed through the site menu above.

Can a guest be changed after being registered?  

Yes, a winner can change their registered guest up to September 1, 2024. To modify your guest or any information once you have already registered, please contact us directly at support@flcashcastle.com or call us at 404-790-6394.

Is there an age limit for my guest?

Winners and guests must be 18+.

PROXY

Can someone I select take the trip in my place? 

Yes, you can name a “Proxy”.  In order to Proxy you must reach out to us to let us know to begin the proxy process. Please note that a “Proxy” can attend the trip, but will not be eligible to win any cash prizes awarded at the event.

How will my Proxy register?  

Once the proxy is approved, the proxy will receive a registration email and follow the registration process.

What if a proxy goes in my place will I still be able to win these cash prizes? 

Yes, you will still win the cash prizes. Proxies are not eligible to win any cash prizes. By appointing them as your Proxy they will also make the selection in the Cash Castle Game Show on your behalf, which you will approve during the proxy process.

DOCUMENTATION

What information do winners need to provide for registration?  

Address, phone, guest information, ADA requirements and additional information as needed such as dietary restrictions will all be asked for during the registration process.  

Will I need to sign any waivers?  

Yes. An event waiver will be identified and provided later onsite for the winner and their guest to sign.

When will local health/environmental standards be shared? 

Atlas will monitor local protocols in mid 2024 and will share any updates or requirements with the winners as they become available. 

TRIP DETAILS

What  is included in the trip?  

  • Prize Details: 

  • Round-trip private charter airfare from Orlando to Ireland  

  • Two [2] night stay, December 13 – December 15, 2024, at the Hard Rock Dublin Hotel in a standard double occupancy room 

  • Three [3] night stay, December 15 - December 18, 2024, at Adare Manor in a standard double occupancy room

  • 1st Class ground transportation from Dublin Airport to Hard Rock Dublin Hotel and Adare Manor to Shannon Airport

  • Private Train cabins from Dublin to Adare  

  • Daily entertainment-filled dinners and an Irish breakfast buffet  

  • Horse and Hound Cash Castle Welcome at Adare Manor

  • Falconry demonstration on the grounds of Adare Manor 

  • $1,500 Spending Money for winner  

  • Choice of the following activities for winners and guests:

    • The Gallway Food Tour

    • The Cliffs of Moher Tour and Pub Lunch

    • The Kylemore Farmhouse Cheese Experience

  • $1,000,000 Cash Castle Game Show - $1,122,000 Total in Cash Prizes Awarded including one [1] $1,000,000 Winner.

How do I receive my $1,500 Spending Money for the trip? 

Spending Money of $1,500 will be mailed to each Prizewinner in the form of a check on November 25, 2024 by the Florida Lottery. The Lottery will determine if the Prizewinner has outstanding State-Owed Debt (SOD) and if applicable, will deduct SOD before dispersing Spending Money to the Prizewinner. If the SOD exceeds $1,500 the Prizewinner will not be eligible to receive the Spending Money.

FLIGHTS

When will flights be booked and how will we know when booking is complete?  

Flight bookings will start at a date to be determined and will be completed by November 15, 2024 (for all registered winners and guests). Winners and their guest will receive an email confirmation of the flight bookings.

What are the flight options, can I choose my own airline/flights?

No, the airline/flights will be provided and booked for you. Should you need to make a change, you will be responsible for any fare increases incurred and transportation to the hotel.

What do I do if I miss my flight? 

In case you miss your flight, you should contact Atlas Experiences at 404-790-6394 to reschedule your flight based on availability. Any applicable fees will need to be paid directly by the winner and/or guest. 

Are upgrades for the flights allowed? 

You may contact the airline directly to upgrade your seats, but the winner and guest will be responsible for any fees associated with flight upgrades.

Are luggage/baggage fees covered? 

Yes, each passenger can check one bag for free. Any additional baggage after the one free bag will need to be paid for by the winner or guest upon check-in with the airline. 

HOTEL

Would I be able to arrive early or extend my stay and if so, what is the cost?  

 Please contact customer service at support@flcashcastle.com to request any pre or post stay extensions. Please note that any requests are not guaranteed. Approval is based on hotel availability. Any applicable fees for the extension will be the responsibility of the winner or guest. 

Extra guests policy?

Per the Cash Castle VIP Trip rules and program package – each winner is allotted one double occupancy room and one guest for the entirety of the program.  

Can I upgrade my room? 

 Please contact customer service at support@flcashcastle.com to request any room upgrades. Please note that any upgrades will be based on prevailing rates and hotel availability. Any additional upgrade fees will be the responsibility of the winner.

Is a credit card required upon check in at the hotel? 

Yes, when checking in with the hotel, the guest must put down an internationally accepted credit card to be used for incidentals. Please note that any debit cards used will require a hold designated by the bank who issued the debit card. Holds can have a duration of up to 45 days or more and are in no way associated with the hotel.

TRANSPORTATION

How do I get from the airport to the hotel? 

Atlas team members will be onsite at the airport to ensure you are escorted to the 1st Class transportation provided for you from the Dublin airport to the Hard Rock Dublin Hotel.

Will there be handicap accessible transportation from the airport to the hotel? 

Yes, special accommodations can be requested during the registration process.  Please note that accommodations can only be provided if Atlas is notified of these requests during the registration process or prior to the guest’s arrival.

Will transportation be provided to activities? 

Any activity hosted by Atlas that requires transportation will be provided by Atlas.   

MEALS

Will meals and drinks be provided to me and my guest?

 A daily Irish breakfast buffet will be provided for both the winner and guest (with the exception of specialty coffee and alcoholic drinks) at the hotel. In addition, there will be a dinner provided at the private event each evening.

Will there be special food requests (vegetarian, gluten free, allergies, etc.)?  

Yes, dietary restrictions can be shared on the registration form. Please make sure to indicate all dietary restrictions during the registration process so that we can ensure menu options are available.

GAME SHOW

How are prizes awarded for Cash Castle Game Show winners?

 Prizes will be paid by check within 30 days of returning home from the event.  

What is the no show policy for the Cash Castle Game Show?  

 If the winner does not arrive to the Cash Castle Game Show, they will still win a cash prize. However, winners that miss the opportunity to choose a gameboard number will be randomly awarded a prize from the lowest prize tier.
